Hello fellow readers! Do you enjoy perusing historical documents? Possess a sharp eye for detail? Then try your hand at transcribing manuscripts by signing up for Choate's paleography contest! Winners will receive Cafe Ra gift cards!

DETAILS

The contest runs from February 17 to 21, with a new manuscript pulled from the library archives each day. To join, fill out the Transcription Submission Form linked here. When transcribing, be sure to include any abbreviations, typos, punctuation, even if it looks wrong. Remember to go to the AskUs desk and receive a snack for every day you submit a transcription! RULES

- One entry per manuscript per person.

- Must submit an entry for each day for a chance to win a gift card. Feel free to catch up if you missed a few days.

- Winners will be notified by email.
